Good Grief! What a hassle! I am more than happy with the new DSL connection, but email is a real nightmare. I spent 4 hours on the phone w/ SBC trying to get this resolved. I think we have it now…

The downside is that I cannot screen for spam. The upside is that no one has my new email address. The good, the bad, and the real ugly here, folks…
