Things are falling into place, but I still struggle with email for now. It looks like a format is in order, and I dread the thoughts. Seems like anyone who does this as regularly as I do ends up losing a ton of information and software/ebooks we have paid good money for. and it is always the one ya need…
Anyone thinking about purchasing Zone Alarm ver 6 should reconsider. I have set it up three times now on the Win XP Pro box I am currenlty using, and what a hassle! I can’t get my email, or else I can’t send it. I have been to the support forums, and read the FAQ’s and documentation, doing all they tell me to do, and no luck whatsoever…
Voices on the forum are dissing support for lack of interest, and it is a good enough recommendation for me. Although I like the features of the program, it is worthless to me to try and use something that hampers my efforts to carry on my business. So much for ZA. A questionairre came to me after uninstall, offering a good discount on the software, and asking why I had uninstalled. I filled it out, and sent it in, telling them my troubles and my concern over support. Guess what, folks? No reply. typical in this day and age…
